Amanda attended her first Yoga class in 1999 for no other reason than she wanted to.
Since then she has not looked back.
For Amanda life is a journey and so is a Yoga practice.
Balance is also important to Amanda and not just headstands, arm balances and headstands.
Life is so much better if it is balanced and we breathe.
She practices and teaches different styles from pregnancy Yoga to a Dynamic Flow.
Amanda is also a Life coach which can also be incorporated in her one to one sessions.
