Diana was already practising yoga regularly when she tried Fierce Grace in 2013. It soon became a fundamental part of her life which helped improve her panic attacks, depression, and multiple injuries, as well as help her become more mindful.

Diana is a certified 500-hour teacher, completing her Fierce Grace Teacher Training in 2017. In addition she has completed various courses and workshops with Fierce Grace, Stewart Gilchrist, Tara Brach, Andrea Ferreti, Jason Crandell and others. Her interest lies in working with limiting injuries and health conditions to help make yoga more accessible to everyone.

In her classes, Diana combines playfulness, determination and a dose of inspiration. She will encourage you to explore your physical and mental boundaries whilst teaching you to show your body compassion and observe the breath. Her classes help students to deepen their practice, develop their physical and spiritual self and feel more balanced. Diana’s focus as a teacher is on creating a safe and supportive environment where students can learn and grow at their own pace.

Outside of yoga, Diana has a BA in Events Management and works with the Co-operative as part of their community outreach programme.
