Many years of running, cycling and gym exercising left me feeling constantly hyperactive and with very little awareness. A couple of years ago, after a very emotional period in my life, I found myself walking into a Bikram class. I loved the dynamic nature of the class and the calmness it rewarded you with afterwards. But then, after taking different yoga classes, I found my body actually stiffer than I originally thought. But Fierce Grace has it all. The energy is spread in so many movements in all directions, and the balance and awareness that I gained is priceless. Teacher training was the best decision I've ever made.
