I have travelled and lived in many places around the world which has helped me to constantly embrace change, cultures and the heritage of people from all walks of life.  Ballroom and Latin dancing was a way of self expression and when I stumbled across yoga I quickly noticed how the practice brought a sense of peace and calm.  My love of art, dance and music are all elements which I embrace through my creativity as a milliner.

Bikram yoga was the start of my yoga.  Through the years I have explored different styles of yoga, and have found Fierce Grace Yoga to encompass all of what I enjoy in life.  Personally, yoga is a work-in, as important to me as a work-out.  I find my healthiest self both on and off the mat.  I hope the practice will continue to inspire me and all who practise with me.

One of my favourite quotes:
“Yoga is a dance between control and surrender - between pushing and letting go - and when to push and when to let go becomes part of the creative process, part of the open-ended exploration of your being.”
