Adam started his love of sport and fitness at a young age. Competing in Judo, Athletics, Football and Kung Fu, and has been a professional Muay Thai fighter for the past 15 years. Having lived and fought in Thailand he competed in the country’s biggest stadiums. Holding numerous British title fights and winning a Gold in the European Championships he was used to intense physical training and high impact from fighting.
He discovered Bikram Yoga in 2005, and found it a great way to heal the body after competition while improving mobility. He continued to practice, each time exploring the postures and increasing his knowledge while enjoying the focus and discipline he found from Yoga.
His love for Yoga really blossomed after practising in the early stages of Fierce Grace. Different postures with a more dynamic approach. He decided to complete the Fierce Grace Teacher training in February 2014. He has since retired as a Muay Thai fighter to focus on his Personal Training business and improve himself as a Yoga Practitioner and Teacher.
Adam has a calm approach to teaching, working through postures to give the class a relaxed but dynamic flow.
