Misha’s classes are relaxing and energetic, filled with positive energy and smiles. She naturally bonds with her students by conveying her passion for yoga. She likes to see her students leaving the class fully recharged, feeling stronger, with big smiles and a sparkle in their eyes!
Throughout her years of practice Misha has tried various yoga styles including Jivamukti, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha and various hot yoga classes. These experiences broadened her knowledge and her experience and took her yoga studios around London and the world. Most importantly, deepened Misha’s passion and dedication for yoga. The knowledge and experience acquired changed her approach to life, taught her to see things around her which she had not noticed before and helped her see life in a more colourful and cheerful light.
As with yoga teaching, Misha finds baking incredibly rewarding and satisfying, and it is also a big passion of hers. She is always up for a chat and laugh about her new healthy experiments as well as sharing her baking experiences. Misha has a particular interest in nutrition and Ayurveda, She also loves photography and enjoys looking at places she visits through a lens. Misha’s favourite motto is “What does not kill you makes you stronger”!
