Weronika started her movement journey at age seven when she began her ballet and musical theatre training. She continued with various forms of dancing and performance arts until age 20.
After sustaining a lot of injuries she found a new passion for yoga, which helped her to return to a pain free movement and which she found to be extremely enjoyable too.
After the physical benefits, came the exploration of positive mental and spiritual effects of yoga and that’s what kept her in it for good. She did her first Hatha Yoga training in 2016 with the Sivananda organisation and completed her Fierce Grace training in 2020.
She loves sharing her passion for movement with others and believes everyone can move and feel better, given the individual approach and help that they need. In her classes she tries to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and is always eager to support and help her students grow. Weronika is also a Pilates teacher.
