Diana was already practising yoga regularly when she tried Fierce Grace in 2013. It soon became a fundamental part of her life which helped her to fight depression, work with her injuries and become more mindful.
Diana completed her Fierce Grace Teacher Training in 2017 and continues to expand her knowledge by attending various workshops and training courses. Her area of interest lies in injury modifications, working with health conditions and students who are new to yoga or generally unfit.
In her classes, Diana combines playfulness, determination and a dose of inspiration. She will encourage you to explore your physical and mental boundaries whilst teaching you to show your body compassion and observe the breath. Her classes help students to deepen their practice, develop their physical and spiritual self and feel more balanced.
Favourite FG class and why: Deep Core because it makes me think of a loving mother, but it can be tough if you haven't been doing your homework.
