Monitoring reception and teacher duties are carried out correctly

Monitoring stock and making orders

Monitoring maintenance, liaising with contractors to organise repairs

Managing expenses according to the budget

Driving revenue through various channels (internal database, liaising with marketing department, liaising with external parties)

Updating procedures

Teacher training

Job purpose

We are looking for:

- A real people person with great communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner. You’ll work well as part of a team and be great with members

- Hospitality, retail or leisure experience or similar. Sales experience

- Organisational skills, you’ll be able to multi-task and complete office administration, work as part of a team, and independently

- A positive attitude and friendly approach

- Sales and customer service

- Opening and setting up the studio before and after class and day-to-day oversight of the business

- Communicating with studio members, answering their questions, and discussing and selling our various membership options, able to discuss what is the best option for each member

- Office administration, working as part of a team, and independently

- Part of the role requires minor heavy lifting and some physical work
