Key responsibilities and accountabilities |

Job purpose |
You will be in charge of all the day-to-day running of the business, customer service, facilities management, revenue and profit growth and managing a team of part time receptionists, assisted by an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in either leisure, hospitality, retail or health and fitness. We're not too concerned which - we're looking for the right person to join our team of managers. Energetic, solution-focused, ready to get stuck in and be flexible, all while keeping an eye on driving revenue and growth for the business. Previous customer service experience at management level is necessary, as is some experience with budgeting, P&L and cost control. What we offer:
