Job purpose |
The SM has overall responsibility for the effective and efficient running and development of the studio. The SM is the key role at the studio responsible for all operations including: financial management, student/customer service, staffing/HR , facilities management, repairs and maintenance, retail sales and stock management, sales, marketing and promotions, internal and external marketing communications as directed by the Marketing Manager. |
Key responsibilities and accountabilities |
3-4 reception shifts per week Driving revenue through various channels (internal database, liaising with the marketing department, liaising with external parties) Handling client queries Handling teacher queries Team updates (reception and teachers) Monitoring reception and teacher duties are carried out correctly Monitoring stock and making orders Monitoring maintenance, liaising with contractors to organise repairs Managing expenses according to the budget Updating procedures Teacher training Staff training
