In this live 90-minute Zoom immersion, you’ll experience one of the core foundations of our training: a Pose Mastery Workshop - the same kind you’ll participate in over seventy times throughout the course.

Michele will show you how we break down each asana into alignment, structure, biomechanics, safety, corrections, cueing, timing, and energetic direction and a glimpse into the process that makes Fierce Grace teachers so effective, confident and transformative.
You’ll observe, learn, analyse or demonstrate if you wish to receive personalised instruction, and these demonstrations will illuminate how a skilled teacher can modify a pose for different levels and body types.
You’ll meet members of the teaching team who will guide you in over 180 in-person hours on the training, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about practice, teaching, the method, or your journey.
This is not a passive introduction.
