FG classes will take place in two spaces: the Sanctuary’s intimate Heart studio and the Sensorium, the Sanctuary’s innovative, sensory immersive spa space.
Tune into your Heart
Heart is The Sanctuary's mezzanine yoga studio. This intimate movement space is heated by far infrared, and also boasts colour therapy lighting to soothe and relax or help you power up.
Awaken your senses in the Sensorium
The Sanctuary’s Sensorium space is a multisensory immersive reinvention of the spa experience, designed around the contrasting energies of fire and ice/sun and moon - what could be a more perfect partner for the Fierce Grace Method? It is a beautiful, darkened, soulful space for deep muscular, skeletal—and even spiritual—transformation.
The stunning 30-person sauna space will host special deep stretch sequences designed specifically for this space by Fierce Grace Founder Michele to help you reach new levels of flexibility, catharsis and relaxation (Splits here we come!)
Afterwards, enjoy an ice bath or cold mist shower to experience the ultimate sensory awakening. Finish your visit with a trip to the elixir bar, ethical concept store, or plant-based cafe. We can't promise you it will be easy to go back to the real world after visiting the Sanctuary!

Classes start Monday 20th October and booking will be live soon. Memberships to The Sanctuary start at £99 a month. Experience a 3-day immersion at the Sanctuary for just £39, including FG classes, and if you love it, &Soul will credit £39 back to you in your first month.
