Working with Back Injuries in Yoga

Yoga can resolve many injuries and being injured should not prevent you from coming to a class. FG founder Michele cured her knees with yoga, so we have a special interest in helping you. Your first class should be taught by a senior teacher and inform them of your injuries beforehand. Our S.O.B class is perfect for beginners with injuries to learn modification for use in other classes. While there are no hard and fast rules, this video may be of some help.
