FG Needs You: Assistant Manager

We're on the hunt for a new Assistant Manager for our busy City Studio in Old Street.

Reporting to the Studio Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio. We're looking for for an ambitious, passionate and enthusiastic individual to support the studio in a range of different areas, including administration, reception, and leading a team of part time reception staff and studio helpers.

This is a multi-faceted role and will require initiative and forward thinking. We're looking for someone who is not afraid to put ideas forward and will be able to really contribute, ensuring the studio runs as efficiently as possible. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staff scheduling, sales training, cash handling, stock management and being a strong presence in the studio.

This is primarily a customer-facing role, so good communication skills, ability to absorb pressure in a busy environment and a genuine enthusiasm for building rapport are essential.

Management experience is required.
