Half live-online, half in person. Begin with live online Zoom sessions, begin to teach, get personal instruction and take our expert lectures in the comfort of you own home. Then put all your study int practise on our live immersion Intensive in the glory of the Tuscan hills with no distractions (except, nature, sun and swimming!) or on our convenient London 5 Weekend Live Intensive Course.
Our 100hr Hybrid Graduate Course delivers the benefits of multi-style learning. The course offers self-study in your own time on our Course Portal with our extensive library of video content, materials and quizzes, giving you the best opportunity to absorb the materials. Join two in person zoom sessions on Weds nights, (and you are welcome to join all the other Zoom sessions our 200hr participants are joining, for no extra charge.) Then decamp to Tuscany or London and put it all into practise in person with our senior tutors. Learn advanced teaching techniques and gain insights into your teaching, work on vocal techniques, pose breakdowns and delivery, timing, corrections and how to work with injuries in a more compassionate interactive way.
Immerse yourself in yoga theory, philosophy, and asana in gorgeous Tuscany or bustling London.
In our Tuscany immersion you will learn by the pool, on our sunset deck or covered yoga deck surrounded by trees and breeze. Between workshops take a swim or lie in the sun. Relax and study in the evenings with your fellow classmates or on one of the terraces overlooking the panoramic view. Immerse yourself, away from the distractions of your regular life, no commuting or cooking, and gain your yoga certification in the beauty of nature, fresh air, healthy fresh food, and great company. We will spoil you with wonderful food, and show you some of the delights of Tuscany on your time off.

- Join our live weekend Zoom sessions starting at the beginning of March
- Practise the FG classes online, live, or recorded. Absorb, review, and study our materials, manuals, and workshops at your convenience.
- After the online module decamp to Villa Chimera (where we run our yoga retreats) for 10 full days (11 days including travel) of immersion OR take our London Live course across five weekends that run between the end of March and the end of May.
Teach in Fierce Grace studios
In response to demand from certified yoga teachers from other styles, we created this 100-hour Graduate Teacher Training course. The course is for experienced Yoga Alliance Accredited (or equivalent) teachers with two years of teaching experience who wish to join the Fierce Grace team and teach in one of our international studios, or open their own. We are poised to open 2 more London studios and studios outside of London - and will be recruiting teachers in 2026.
Many teachers take their first 200hr course and do not feel equipped to teach in today's busy studios. Teachers who are teaching already are always looking for support, learning and to add to their skills. This course if for those who would like to increase their knowledge in the areas of:
- delivery and pose structure
- vocal techniques
- alignment for all body types
- pose breakdowns for maximum safety, activation and catharsis
- ability to correct safety and swiftly
- how the alchemy of language can land in the body
- techniques to uplift and inspire
- our proprietary unique queuing architecture to ensure the very best experience
- advanced Injury Modification
- personal coaching of your teaching, to help you deliver in your own voice and style, with precision, skill and compassion
- Teach multiple levels safely in every pose

Tuscany prices includes:
- Accommodation (based on 2 people sharing - (there are a couple of small singles at no extra cost!)
- Full board - accommodation and 3 delicious meals a day

- We will spoil you, we know how intense a Teacher Training is, and we want you to feel cared for, nourished and supported so you can do your best work. (This isn't a "break-you-to-make-you" training with poor food and very late nights...) But you will need to be prepared to work hard, and give it 100%.

- Flights to Perugia or Rome, fly Ryanair or BA to Perugia from Stansted flights currently approx £120 return
- Airport transfers and 2 trips out (Cortona for dinner and shopping, and trip to medieval town for market day and shopping) £120 for all trips/transfers
