An Advanced training for qualified yoga teachers ready to take their teaching to the next level.
The Fierce Grace 100hr Graduate Training is designed for certified yoga teachers who want to refine their craft, expand their skillset, and teach with greater clarity, confidence and impact.
This is not a foundation training.
It is a development pathway for teachers who already teach, wish to further develop their skills and want to teach at the highest level.
You will deepen your understanding of alignment, refine your delivery and voice and learn how to guide classes with precision and the power of connection.
What You’ll Gain

- Greater confidence working with mixed levels, and the ability to offer each pose with clear instructions for beginners, intermediate and advanced students seamlessly.
- A clear understanding of how to work with injured students, with an in-depth framework to offer modifications for a multitude of injuries and conditions..
- A deeper understanding of alignment, biomechanics and safe progression
- Advanced cueing, timing and delivery skills to deliver a powerful cathartic experience
- The ability to guide classes that feel coherent, supportive and dynamic
At the heart of the training is the Fierce Grace Pose Mastery Architecture - our structured, embodied approach to alignment, cueing and delivery that empowers teachers to teach with anatomical accuracy, emotional intelligence and energetic coherence.
How the Training Works
The course combines three integrated learning modes:
1. Live Online - 2 Thurs evening sessions (Approx. 6 hours)
Begin with live Zoom sessions to connect, receive coaching and refine your approach to learning and teaching.
2. Self-Study (Approx. 25–30 hours)
Access our Course Portal with in-depth pose tutorials, lectures, class materials and workshops. Study in your own time and revisit materials throughout the training.
3. In-Person Intensive (Approx. 90 hours)
Choose between:
London - 5 Weekends
Train in our Ladbroke Grove studio across a series of immersive weekends. This option gives you time to study in between weekends. It is convenient and more easily integrated into your life. Practise in the hot room with our senior tutors in our new W10 flagship studio.

Tuscany - 11 Day Immersion
Step away from daily life and immerse yourself fully in the training in a focused, supportive and peaceful environment. This option is intensive and free from distraction. Decamp to the beautiful Tuscan hills, with nature, swimming, great food and senior tutors and your fellow trainees to support you every step of the way.
We can offer a live -streamed option for those who can not travel.

Tuscany prices includes:
- Accommodation (based on 2 people sharing - (there are a couple of small singles at no extra cost)
- Full board - accommodation and 3 delicious meals a day
- Tea and coffee plus snacks and treats
- We will spoil you, we know how intense a Teacher Training is, and we want you to feel cared for, nourished and supported so you can do your best work. (This isn't a "break-you-to-make-you" training with poor food and very late nights...) But you will need to be prepared to work hard, and give 100%.
Not Included
- Flights to Perugia or Rome, fly Ryanair or BA to Perugia from Stansted or to Rome with multiple airlines. Flights currently approx £150 return to Perugia.
- Airport transfers and 2 trips out (Cortona for dinner and shopping, and trip to medieval town for market day and shopping) £120 for all trips/transfers, meal price not included but very reasonable.
