"Started by Michele Pernetta, one of Bikram Choudhury’s students, Fierce Grace is about balancing the two polar elements of yoga- fierce strength and graceful flexibility. I tried the Fierce Grace class - good if you’ve tried hot yoga before. There is also Core, for beginners, and Fierce, for advanced, as well as a short class called the Fix, for the time-poor. It’s low on spirituality, smells and bells, but that makes it more accessible. Did I sweat? Buckets. Energy pumped through my veins for the hour after the class, and it was much less repetitive than Bikram. Five studios in London."
