Amanda tried her first yoga class in 1999 and soon found she loved it. In 2006 she trained to become a Yoga teacher.
Amanda teaches many different styles of Yoga including teenagers, pre and post-natal Yoga. If that wasn't enough - she's also a life coach, massage therapist and gym instructor. When you attend Amanda's classes you'll just want to do your very best - her relaxing and motivating style will make you want to work hard and encourage you to be present.
