Job purpose

The SM has overall responsibility for the effective and efficient running and development of the studio. The SM is the key role at the studio responsible for all operations including: financial management, student/customer service, staffing/HR , facilities management, repairs and maintenance, retail sales and stock management, sales, marketing and promotions, internal and external marketing communications as directed by the Marketing Manager.
16 hours per week

Fierce Grace North hosts the Fierce Grace Livestreaming classes. You will be responsible for overseeing the live-streamed offering. This involves dealing with client and teacher queries, scheduling input, reporting, class set-up, teacher and staff training, troubleshooting, IT support.
Full training provided.
Great opportunity to drive the live stream business forward and progress internally.
4 hours per week

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

3-4 reception shifts per week

Driving revenue through various channels (direct sales, internal database, liaising with the marketing department, working with external parties, organising workshops)

Handling client queries

Handling teacher queries

Team training, recruitment and updates (reception and teachers)

Monitoring reception and teacher duties are carried out correctly

Monitoring stock and making orders

Managing maintenance, upkeep and cleaning

Managing expenses in line with the budget

Updating procedures
