As an ex professional dancer, Lisa has always tried to keep her body strong. She was struggling with a lower back problem until she discovered Hot Yoga which has completely changed her whole outlook on the type of exercise she needed.
Lisa was immediately hooked and although the heat took some getting used to, she quickly realised how beneficial it is to allow one to stretch deeper and work with the breath and increase flexibility and mobility in the spine. Lisa was constantly inspired in class by all my amazing teachers at Fierce Grace and decided it was time for a change in her life.
She completed the Fierce Grace teacher training in October 2016.
