Lily started her yoga journey in 2008 and has been a regular practitioner since her first hot yoga class!  With a demanding corporate finance career, she feels the yoga practice brings balance back to her life.  Apart from the physical benefits, the discipline of the mind helps her to deal with stressful situations and make better decisions in life. The healing nature of yoga enables her to face the challenges professionally and personally with a calm mind.

In 2014, Lily quit her job and qualified as a yoga teacher with Fierce Grace hot yoga – a fascinating combination of classical hatha yoga, Bikram and Ashtanga yoga. It was a privilege to learn from Michele Pernetta and other senior teachers.  The Yoga Alliance certified training equipped her to share the benefits of regular yoga practice with people who inspire to live life to the fullness. She loves to be in a community that empowers and supports people to pursue their dreams, by connecting to the core being and staying true to self.  She hopes to inspire people to start and continue their journeys to embrace the union of mind, body and soul to make better life decisions, as well as at peace with self, others, and the world with meaningful relationships.

Lily has been blessed with the opportunities in teaching yoga and using her business skills in the yoga community as a consultant, which has led to projects in London and India.  She also obtained a certificate in Thai Yoga Massage to deepen her knowledge of energy flow in the body and healing practice.
