"Our bodies are very clever, and often lazy, machines that constantly need new challenges to really create change. If we go to the gym and do the same routine over and over, our bodies and minds go on autopilot and become immune to the effort we are putting in. The most important gift you can give your body is to push yourself physically beyond your comfort zone – that is when change starts to happen. Some people can do that by themselves - lucky them - but most people need a little extra motivation to achieve their greatest potential. Intense classes are a great way to do just that and these are a few I have taken recently which I would highly recommend to change things up."
