"A few weeks ago me and a couple of other lovely bloggers where invited to attend a yoga session with a difference.
State Of Mind Active invited us to try hot yoga at Fierce Grace Yoga, at first we all got a email invitation and me being me thought I would google hot yoga and see what we where in for....after 10mins of watching YouTube videos and finding out it was 60mins of rolling around in your own sweat in a heated room I was kinda skeptical.
On the Sunday we all met up at the Fierce Grace Yoga studio which is near Old Street station, The yoga studio is a state of the art hot studio with climate control and wooden floors.
The class was so relaxing and when we had finished our session I felt so zen and chilled out I could have happily gone for a nap. I shouldn't of worried myself about doing a hot yoga session as I found the flow, pace and teacher all very helpful and good.
After a shower and a change of clothes I felt like I had been on a spa day with the girls, it was such a good body positive environment and I really wish there was more classes arranged like this as I know it can be intimidating entering a fitness environment as a larger person."
