"I was looking forward to practicing this new series of postures. I chose the Classic: instead of 26 poses there are 39. The changes bring deep alignment, stamina-buildung, strength and flexibility... There is also a short class The Fix, a condensed classic class. It is meant for the motivated person on a tight schedule. The Fierce Grace class offers even more hip openers, upper body strength, bum toners and core stability for a fully rounded workout, performed to relaxing music. Core is a 75-minutes deep, slow class designed to open mind and in tune with the body. And finally “The Beast” is only for advanced yogis. If I lived near this place; I would certainly practise in this studio."
