JOB: RECEPTIONIST AT CITY
Reports to: Studio Manager (SM) / Head Receptionist (HR)
Responsible for: Checking in customers, selling memberships and more
Based at: Fierce Grace City
Number of days: As agreed with GOM/HR
Job purpose: To offer the highest customer service to our students, understand the FG 8 yoga system and related products (membership and retail) to maximise the sales to students. To complete the daily operational tasks as defined in the Studio Procedures and Checklists for the effective and efficient running and development of the studio.
